Thumbs Up 5k

We are organizing a team to walk, run, or bike in the 11th annual Thumbs Up 5k on September 21st, 2024! This team will be open to both new and returning players and families

Thumbs Up is all about embracing those who are struggling and breaking the stigma around mental health. Connecting, supporting, and encouraging one another to talk about their feelings and challenges and to "keep moving forward".

We would love to invite everyone to sign up and join our team and support mental health in our community!

Sign Up Information

This link will take you to the sign-up page where you may have to create a Race Roster account.

Once you are logged in you will need the team code: ROLLHERD

This will take you to the registration to sign up to walk, run, or bike! You can choose whichever event suits you, but we've planned to walk as a team in previous years.

After filling out the registration form you can add multiple participants.

Once all your registration information is complete you can add a donation. This donation goes to the Thumbs Up Organization which is seeking to help our community by talking about mental health.

When checking out there will be a $20 discount on any person registered that is under 18 on race day.

If you register after September 1st you might not receive a 5k T-shirt.
